Obama and the Nobel prize
The Obama and Nobel prize scene just does not leave me. I am compelled to read the numerous articles on this topic which I find quite interesting. It is interesting because, Most of the comments on twitter and other sites/blogs(including me) say that he did not deserve it yet. He would have been in office barely for 3 weeks when the nomination deadline would have closed. So how did he get into the list of nominees anyway? He could not have done any peace work by then! It gets more interesting because, the world leaders who are opposed to the US of A have applauded the award. Americans(basically who did not vote for him and his political opponents) are voicing their opinion against it as if it were his fault that he got awarded.
